J. Jill Qualls Baxter
A graduate of Nashville School of Law and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville majoring in Accounting, Jill has considerable experience as an accountant and auditor with the State of Tennessee Comptroller’s Office. Jill worked for the Chancery Court Clerk in Williamson County, Tennessee working with seven different Judges, two of which are now Supreme Court Justices and another a Judge on the Court of Criminal Appeals. Jill’s experience in the courtroom and behind the scenes has given her insight as to how to better present the case and represent her clients. She understands the complex financial issues that can arise in family law matters or personal injury matters. Jill has been in private practice for more than 15 years, representing many clients in family law matters and other civil cases. In 2015, Jill became a certified Rule 31 Mediator for family law matters and now offers mediation as a part of her services.
